Required Skills & Experience• B.S. in Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts, Multi-media, Communication or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. • 8+ years of related experience for videography and editing experience for a variety of production styles. • Experience leading the entire production process from creative innovation to final delivery. • Demonstrated experience leading execution across ambiguous, complex productions, with experience making creative and production trade offs balancing business needs and timing constraints. • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership. • Experience in working across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward. • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale or small-scale projects.
Develop original motion graphics content such as lower thirds, title cards, logo reveals, templates, and User Interface (UI) design in Adobe After Effects • Establish expertise in the production and creative area, becoming the go-to escalation point for execution, leader for driving visibility across the project, and orchestrator for final products. • Provide guidance, creative solutions and workflow on a variety of projects with high standards of quality, including television and motion picture productions with creative direction, lighting direction cinematography, music, sound effects, shorts, and feature-length productions for complex and unreleased technologies. • Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and development processes in a quickly changing and dynamic environment. • Communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans, and vice-versa & expertise communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
