We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy team in our skilled nursing facility. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with strong clinical and supervisory experience in a SNF setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all daily operations of the Rehabilitation Department
• Supervise, mentor, and support the therapy team
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and facility regulatory and clinical standards
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team
• Track clinical outcomes and continuously improve service quality
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reporting in a timely manner
• Participate in staff training, development, and performance management

Qualifications:

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in rehabilitation (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation regulations, Medicare guidelines, and current best practices
