IT Helpdesk TechnicianThe IT Helpdesk Technician will provide hands-on technical support with the IT Operations Team. This role requires solid troubleshooting skills in a Microsoft Windows/M365 environment with a great customer service mindset. This is an on-site based job with occasional travel to remote sites. On-call and after-hour support on a rotational and as-needed basis is required.Location: Salinas, CAAreas of Responsibility:Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user equipment.Provide end user support for Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and various business applications.Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware.Image, deploy, configure, and upgrade desktop, laptop and mobile systems.Troubleshoot user account issues, password resets, and File Rights Requests.Support conference room technology and peripheral devices.Answer support tickets, documenting resolutions within the ticketing system.Assist in updating and maintaining internal documentation.Assist with maintaining IT equipment inventory.Ability to lift and implement devices at 30lbsMust have a valid driver's licenseOther duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications:Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred but not required.CompTIA A+, Network+, or other industry-recognized certifications a plus.Experience with Active Directory and endpoint management tools.Experience supporting hardware deployments, device refresh projects, or office moves.Ideal Candidate:General understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft ApplicationsGood documentation practiceAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Bi-Lingual (Spanish & English)
