Job Description
Insight Global is seeking customer-focused and technically driven Service Desk Analysts to join their IT support team. This role serves as the first point of contact for company employees and clinicians experiencing technical issues. Analysts will provide remote support for a wide range of hardware, software, application, and system-related concerns while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a strong conversion track into a full-time position. The team is selective because of the long-term investment in each hire and is looking for candidates who meet both the immediate contract needs and long-term employee profile.
