Civil Engineer - We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our team and work on a variety of land development and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their technical skills in site development, grading, utilities, and stormwater design while working alongside experienced project engineers and managers.

What You’ll Do:

\n
• Assist with civil engineering design for land development projects
\n
• Prepare stormwater management calculations and designs
\n
• Develop site grading and utility plans
\n
• Design water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems
\n
• Prepare preliminary and final construction documents
\n
• Assist with stormwater pollution prevention plans and permitting documents
\n
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop plans and design documents
\n
• Coordinate with project engineers, project managers, and subconsultants
\n
• Assist with project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
\n
• Prepare engineers' opinions of probable cost
\n
• Work on multiple projects while managing priorities and deadlines
\n
• Continue developing technical skills through hands-on project experience and mentorship
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
\n
• Experience or interest in land development and site design
\n
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
\n
• Strong interest in grading, utilities, and stormwater design
\n
• EIT certification or passing the FE exam is preferred, but not required
\n
• Strong communication and organizational skills
\n
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
\n
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
\n
• Team player with a strong desire to grow technically and professionally
\n
